Dear Sheri,
I want to just say THANK YOU so very much for sticking with me
through all of this....I am absolutely sure that there are FAR
easier sales to make and I wanted you to know that me and my ENTIRE
family cannot thank you enough for really being on top of this whole
process!! What perhaps to you seems just like another sale means
quite a bit more to all of us!!! I know that in the entire scope of
things this is not "mission critical" as we all are very fortunate
to have homes to live in, but for us it is our one "get away" spot
that we can enjoy together for a long time to come.....and you are
helping us to make it happen. Also by the way, just to let you know,
your factory said you were the best and you truly have shown us to
be thus far......
Once again, just wanted you to know how much we appreciate you and
your efforts!

I will continue to sing the praises of Delta RV from the top of my lungs! (But…. if you check with my family, I can not carry a tune). Some day when the WHOLE Island is covered in Cavco and HGTV comes out to visit for a special called Extreme RV parks, you will be famous!!! I have heard nothing but great comments about the interactions with you and your product. Even though the other manufacturer salesperson is very nice and customer attentive during the sales process, the installations and follow through has not been good from the comments I have heard.
